In this research entire data has been collected from available databases as the research is entirely based on secondary data collection method. Secondary source has been used in this research. The data was extracted from articles, books and websites, magazines, journals and articles with focus on critical barriers to e learning implementation.Fisher stated that (2007, P.158-161) data could be qualitative or quantitative depending on the method of research stud y. A quantitative approach has been used here in this research.
